If you are a DOT-regulated employee working through a prohibited-conduct determination, the process follows a defined sequence. Recommendations are individualized and made after your evaluation.
A structured remote video appointment reviews your situation and the referral information available, so a professional recommendation can be prepared.
You receive written education or treatment recommendations. Recommendations are individualized and are not decided in advance.
You complete the recommended education or treatment with an appropriate provider. Progress documentation is shared through the secure portal.
A follow-up appointment reviews whether the recommendations have been completed and what documentation is available.
Where applicable, Return-to-Duty testing is arranged through your employer's testing process. Testing is not performed by this practice.
A written follow-up testing plan is prepared and provided to the designated employer representative in accordance with applicable requirements.
